Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
