Ingredients:
- 1 (15.25 oz) package lemon cake mix
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spread lemon pie filling in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drop the cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over the lemon filling, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let cool before serving.
