Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15.25 oz) package lemon cake mix
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread lemon pie filling in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Drop the cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over the lemon filling, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
  7. Let cool before serving.
